At grandma’s aka It’s so beautiful you could die

I visited my grandmother in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Few days on a mountain far away from almost everything does a man (or a woman) much good.

Of course, if you’re smart enough not to go out in the dark, when the dark is complete (unlike cities) and run into a wolf or a bear. Nature, not-so-touched by man, is to die for and also deadly – everyone who still lives there (5 people or so) has had their animals killed by bears, wolves and boars. Dogs who aren’t tied to a chain won’t live more than a few years, depending on their luck.

It wasn’t all just walking around taking pictures, we had some work to do – preparing firewood for the winter.
